Shipping policy

- All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail Service)

- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and shipping address.

- Please note, the estimated shipping time displayed at checkout does not include the order processing time, which is 1-5 business days from your order date.

- If your tracking say delivered and you have not seen your package you will need to contact your local post office and give them your tracking number. We get the same information that you do from tracking so I will not be able to give you any information.

The USPS considers a domestic package lost after 20 days from shipping. For international it is 40 days. If you have not received your package by these dates, please contact us. We will make things right. 

- Custom duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

- You will receive tracking/confirmation # in your email once your package is shipped. Please check your junk mail folder if you could not find it in your inbox folder.
