We use USPS Ground Advantage to ship the majority of our US orders. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and shipping address.

Please note, the estimated shipping time displayed at checkout does not include the order processing time, which is 1-5 business days from your order date.

We will offer a 50% discount off the true shipping price for all international orders over $150. If you would like to take advantage please leave a note along with your order. The discount will be applied when we process and weigh your order.

We can ship internationally but we do not pay taxes or custom fees here. Some destinations will include that at our Etsy shop.

Please note that the shipping you see is only an estimate. The true cost is figured by weight. The rate jumps about $10 for a parcel over 8oz and then remains the same up to 2lb. Please leave a note if you would like to be notified of the price before we ship.

We are very sorry to hear that you haven't received your package yet. Please call your local USPS carrier and give them your tracking number. Unfortunately, we do not have access to any more tracking information than you do, so we will not be able to give you additional information. 

The USPS does not consider a domestic package to be lost for 20 days. If you still have not received your package at that time please contact us. We will make it right. Thank you for your business and we hope your package arrives promptly.

First find the product.

1. Search for the SKU or the title of the product.
2. When you find the bead you want to order, click on the product. Above the product description there will be a message about restock notifications and a place to enter your email address.

Please note that we are not able to restock all of our beads.

Our shop is not set up like a regular bead store since we mostly sell online, but we do welcome local customers to shop in person. We are generally in the shop 10am-3pm Mon-Fri, but it is always a good idea to call us at (207) 252-8676 before coming in.

We also recommend writing down the SKUs of the products you are interested in so we can easily pull them from inventory for you.
