Refund policy
Please contact me with any concerns within 7 days of receiving your order if you need to return your purchase. Contact us for the shop address.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is a problem with the listing. Thank you for understanding.
Please ship items back via USPS Ground Advantage.
Include your invoice number and your name as it appears in your account.
I will take returns up to two weeks after delivery for domestic orders.
When preparing your return please be sure that all products must be accounted for and should be in the ORIGINAL CONDITION. Items must be securely padded and packed tightly as you received it. Loose beads tend to beak more easily. I will not be able to refund if they have broken.
I charge a 10% restocking fee for returns of 3 items or more.
Exchanges
We prefer for you to return your item. When it is received we will refund and then you can place another order.
Refunds
You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
