Bead & Hole Size: We use the sizing provided by the manufacturers of our beads. Sometimes these sizes are rounded to a whole number, so slight variations from the size listed are to be expected.
Some of the beads that came were chipped at the bead hole and one was missing a drill hole. I managed to get a refund for one bag of the beads but it was an unpleasant experience. The owner or whoever I messaged couldn’t believe something was wrong with the beads even when I sent pictures. I finally told her I didn’t want a refund and she gave me one anyway. The beads were beautiful and the price was great but the beads were defective. I’m only giving three stars because of the refund.
